Understand the purpose before sharing information
This Infinity privacy explanation covers reading website pages and asking questions by email. A general enquiry does not require secret codes, full documents or financial identifiers.
Correspondence and information boundaries
An email provides the recipient with your address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Start with the information needed for the question. Avoid unrelated personal history or complete identity documents.
The correspondence is for understanding page questions, identifying corrections and continuing the related exchange. Payment processing or identity verification is not part of this general contact. Remove other people's personal information from material you send.
A browser may keep its own history, bookmarks or local settings. Review those controls in the browser and device. This explanation makes no claim about a specific analytics system, technical log retention period or unknown third party process.
